Role Descriptions:

We are seeking a technically strong Product Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in routers, MiFi devices, and 4G/5G networking technologies. This role is centred on owning the technical understanding, support, and continuous improvement of private-label networking products that we source from manufacturers and bring to market under our brand.

This is not a hardware design position. Instead, the role emphasizes product-level expertise, advanced customer and partner technical support, market and carrier compatibility research, and close coordination with manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will work closely with small and regional carriers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and interoperability across diverse network environments.
