Wireless-Microwave Engineer

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for Wireless/Microwave network elements, including SDH, PDH, and related technologies.
• Manage and coordinate fault resolution activities, working closely with internal teams such as Core, Radio, IPBB, IN, and VAS.
• Handle configuration management for Wireless/Microwave network elements and services.
• Monitor and analyze network performance of Wireless/Microwave equipment and transmission links.
• Conduct network audits and recommend improvement plans to enhance network stability and efficiency.
• Provide planning and technical support, including network topology documentation and information.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments on Wireless/Microwave issue analysis and service-related matters.

Requirements:
