Wire Center Engineer Responsibilities
A Wire Center Engineer’s job is to provide expertise in the outside plant facilities for Order or customer driven work, visit site and to design a plan of action for each project that’s in their assigned wire center area. Wire Center Engineer should be able to customize a solution to each of our customer’s requirements to satisfy requests for service.
Proficiencies and use of the following programs/systems to perform duties and learn any new system implemented by the company.
+ ARMOR, Forte, WFMT, Work Management System, JDS, NDS, Ready for Service, NBIE, TIRKS, SiteTracker, Access-FPT Reservation, ACCESS-GPON, NROC, Cosmo, Google Maps, SAP GUI / SAP Portal, L-FACS, Bart, Excel, All Microsoft Programs, Outlook, TEAMS (Conference Calls, training), Chrome, Google Maps, municipality mapping systems for ROW.
