COFICAB Americas in Mexico is seeking a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end manufacturing operation, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the production plan. The role emphasizes building a high-performance culture, developing people, and driving improvements through Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and strong KPI management.

You will oversee multiple lines, drive daily meetings, coach supervisors, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to meet customer commitments.
