**Assembler (Fiber Optics) – Clean Room | 1st Shift**
**Pay:** $18–$22/hr (based on experience)

**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assemble small fiber cables using blueprints/work instructions
+ Feed color-coded wires into connectors with exact accuracy
+ Apply epoxy, cure, polish, and test assemblies
+ Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work
**Key Skills:**
Small Parts Assembly • Medical Device Assembly • Fiber Optics • Microscope Work • Clean Room • Hand Tools • Blueprint Reading • Quality Inspection • Soldering (preferred)
**What You Bring:**
+ 6+ months of small parts or medical/electronics assembly experience
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components
+ Ability to distinguish colors accurately
