Key Responsibilities

• Configure and Install Windows server Hardware and software, ensuring optical setup for performance
• Monitor system Health & Disk utilize to verify disks, Wintel Server break fix
• Perform OS upgrade & Hardware Migration for improved performance
• Remediate vulnerabilities, ticketing tools & follow up tickets with Microsoft
• Performance monitoring report, server capacity review & Support automated patching tool
• Escalation to teams to meet SLAs
• Prepare monthly vulnerability reports
