A leading technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a Wintel L1 Engineer to provide first-level operational support for Windows servers and virtualization platforms. The candidate will monitor server health, manage incidents, and assist with backup and recovery processes. Ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in basic Windows administration and have strong alert triage skills. This role requires the ability to follow SOPs and work effectively under pressure. Will work in a 24x7 shift rotation.
