Wintel Domain Administrator
Responsible for the operation and management of technology built on the WINTEL stack. The role is technofunctional, requiring a deep understanding of business applications running on Windows platforms. The primary objective is to ensure availability and fulfillment of operational KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Windows server environment.
- Oversee the complete technology stack related to WINTEL systems.
- Plan and execute system and server upgrades.
- Assess the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
- Ensure compliance with monthly operational KPIs.
- Manage incidents and perform timely root cause analysis.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies and procedures.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
