Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wintel Engineer to provide subject matter expertise in Workplace Management, Windows infrastructure, and cloud environments. This role is responsible for endpoint management, OS deployment, patch administration, cloud support, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, imaging technologies, and modern cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint & Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, test, and maintain endpoint devices including operating systems, applications, drivers, updates, and security patches.
Develop and maintain PC imaging standards and OS deployment task sequences.
Plan and administer patch management and software distribution across desktop and server environments.
Provide backend infrastructure support focused on Workplace Management tools.
