Wintel Engineer

• Administer, configure, and support Windows Server environments
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, patching, software deployment, and compliance using MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
• Maintain and troubleshoot virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
• Administer and manage patching and update services using WSUS (Windows Server Update Services)
• Support enterprise mobility and device management using Workspace ONE Suite (VMware)
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability across server and endpoint platforms
• Implement security best practices, policies, and system hardening standards
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on system design and deployments
• Participate in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
