Job Description
You will be responsible for
maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting VMware VDI system and Windows Desktop issues. In addition, you will work with senior team members to support the VMware Windows Server Infrastructure, provide 1st and 2nd level End User Computing (EUC) support, and perform application installations and support for all Regional employees. You will also participate in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for all VMware and Windows problems.Key Technical Skills & Competencies (Must Have)
