Job Description

Architect and implement automation solutions for Windows platform services including provisioning, upgrades, patching, configuration, and compliance. Develop and maintain scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks. Lead efforts in developing automation workflows for lifecycle upgrades along with security baseline remediation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security. Maintain technical documentation and automation standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues using automated diagnostics and recovery. Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement new automation technologies.
