Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contractor to join our Packaging team. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software packaging services in support of our enterprise Windows environment. Working within a collaborative IT Service Delivery team, you will contribute to secure, stable, and efficient endpoint deployments using SCCM and related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Package, test, and deploy software applications for enterprise environments using SCCM/Intune.
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues and provide L3 support as needed.
Update and maintain the product catalog and deployment documentation.
Conduct compatibility assessments and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with coordinators to manage workload and timelines through Jira.
Ensure quality assurance (QA) standards are met for every package.
Apply security standards and follow change management protocols via ServiceNow.
