  • Knowledge of AD, DNS, IIS, TCP/IP, MSCS, RAID
  • Windows servers patching, closure of VAPT observations.
  • Knowledge of Windows Roles and features.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge of Basic Networking.( TCP/IP, LAN, VLANs).
  • Knowledge of ITIL process.
