  2. Discusses available repair and replacement options with customers, providing recommendations based on the extent of the damage.
  3. Safely removes damaged or shattered automotive glass without affecting surrounding vehicle components.
  4. Measures, shapes, and prepares replacement glass to ensure a precise fit for the vehicle.
