Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work performed for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Train new staff on proper procedures and techniques.
• Ensure use of appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and solutions to achieve streak‑free and spotless finishes.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment as needed.
• Inspect windows for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment to reach windows at various heights.
