Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. The Wind Turbine Technician will travel to support various scopes of work across Canada. The technician must be competent and qualified to work on wind turbines. Specific trainings and electrical / mechanical competencies are an asset.

Here’s what you will do as a Wind Technician:

  • 100% Travel, with an approximate 35:10 onsite to offsite ratio.
  • Climb wind turbines (upwards of 130m) to perform diagnostic testing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components/systems.
  • Complete various reports, checklists, and hazard analysis as it pertains to job scope.
  • Participate in company and customer HSE/training programs...
