we have completed development of our Restaurant Ordering System integrated with **w h a t s a p p Business API**. The system is fully functional and live.
The only issue we are facing is **delay in bot responses**.
There are no logic errors and no broken features.
Orders are received correctly and payment integration works.
The problem is strictly performance-related.
### Current Bot Flow:
1. Customer sends Hi
2. Bot displays:
* Order
* Track Order
* Support
3. Customer selects Order
4. Bot asks: Delivery or Pickup
5. If Delivery → customer shares location
6. Bot sends digital menu link
7. Customer selects items
8. Cart summary appears
9. Customer clicks Pay
10. Order appears in cashier dashboard
The flow works correctly.
### The Issue:
• Bot replies are slow
• Delay between user message and bot response
• Conversation does not feel instant
• Sometimes several seconds delay before next step appears
