WH - Receiving Clerk

Job Descriptions:

• Conducts count 2 and encoding in MMS of all received merchandise (trade and non-trade) coming from Distribution Centers (DC), accredited suppliers & Direct-to-Store Deliveries (DSD).
• Secures Delivery Permit from Lessor (Ayala Management) one day prior to scheduled delivery date.
• Prepares and segregates items in the Shopping List approved by the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.
• Accomplishes Store Use Form based on shopped items for Inventory Control purposes.
• Ensures implementation of FIRST IN, FIRST OUT policy and monitors supplier's deliveries
• Ensures that each pallet is properly labeled and uses approved S&R pallet.
• Maintains cleanliness inside storage area at all times and maintains good grooming standards.
• Attends splinter meeting and cross trains in all receiving functions.
