Responsibilities

• Leading and developing employees
• Taking responsibility for health and environmental protection as well as occupational safety
• Ensuring on-time delivery of goods at a high quality level through targeted use of the available resources and thus responsible for the specified objectives with regard to: delivery reliability / complaint rates / lead times / correct stocks
• Ensuring ongoing storage optimization (Fast Mover, Slow Mover) including: maintaining statistics for vacancies and rearrangements; monitoring of new equipment; successor items and deletion lists for HR; performing inventory checks and ensuring stock quality
• Writing (process) instructions
• Continuous development of the organization for qualitative and cost optimization of the processes by applying modern QM measures, e.g. Lean, 5‑S‑Method, Kaizen, KVP
