<p>The post of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Clinical Facilitator Theatre/Endoscopy has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.</p> <p>The purpose of this post is to ensure that the nursing staff have the required and appropriate clinical skills and competencies to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in the provision of patient care</p> <p>The post holder will have close working relationships with the Multidisciplinary team across the perioperative services.
