WFS Junior Product Consultant - Umtata

Main Purpose

To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customers through the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting their selling activities and optimizing store and customer relationships in line with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with business strategies, policies and procedures. Manage personal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance measures. Compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans, highlight operational risks and controls and escale to Regional Sales Manager. Integrate with ROG and manage customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets. Present weekly portfolio performance to Team Leader.
