Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the Workforce Management Team to deliver exceptional scheduling, accurate forecasting, and maximize agent productivity.
  • Partner closely with operations and HR to anticipate staffing demands and effectively tackle workforce challenges.
  • Leverage workforce data analysis, produce insightful reports, and deploy innovative WFM tools to drive smart decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in supervising a workforce management team in a BPO company, demonstrating expertise in leading teams with confidence and inspiring success.
  • With at least a college level education
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
