A leading service provider in Metro Manila is seeking a Workforce Planner responsible for maintaining hiring plans and developing rolling forecasts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in forecasting and resource planning within a call center environment. This role requires strong knowledge in MS Excel and must be amenable to work on a flexible schedule. There are 4 full-time positions available in a hybrid work setting located in Paranaque/Paig.
