WFM Analyst

The WFM Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of UKG WFM Time & Attendance in a large, multi-country retail environment.
This role ensures accurate timekeeping, monitors HR data flowing from Workday, and validates time outputs sent to external payroll systems.
The Analyst works closely with HR, Payroll, Store Operations, and IT to ensure compliance and accurate labor reporting

Key Responsibilities

1. UKG WFM Configuration & Support
Maintain and update UKG Time & Attendance settings:
 

• Pay Rules, Work Rules, rounding, overtime
• Scheduling rules and shift templates
• Accruals and leave policies
• Meal/rest break rules
• Manage country-specific calendars, public holidays, and compliance rules.
• Support store managers with timecard corrections, exceptions, and approvals.
