Wet Trade Operative / Multi-Trade - Essex
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Wet Trade Operative to join a leading property services provider delivering maintenance works across social housing in Essex.
The Role
You'll carry out a range of wet trade works including plastering, rendering, screeding, and making good, alongside general multi-trade duties such as tiling, basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating.
This role involves working in occupied properties, delivering high-quality, first-time fixes with a strong focus on customer service.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
Strong experience in plastering and other wet trades
Multi-trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, decorating)
Social housing experience desirable
Full UK driving licence and own tools
Package
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Company van & fuel card
23 days holiday + bank holidays
