As a Senior/Principal engineer, you will be part of a ground-breaking Advanced DRAMR&Dwet etch team. The position promisesample opportunitiesfor innovation,collaboration,and testing a new dimension with Advanced DRAM! You will work directly withProcessIntegration and other process areas such as Dry Etch, Metals, CVD, Diffusion, Lithography & CMP. You will contribute to brand new and outstanding wet etch tooling & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals!
