  • Management of Employment Documents: Collaborative creation and implementation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and People-related documents
  • Independent Areas of Responsibility: Providing valuable support to the team with essential administrative tasks and taking ownership of independent processes
  • Reporting & Compliance: Assisting with and independently generating reports, ensuring People data is kept up to date in compliance with key requirements and deadlines
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Supporting the entire application process – from job postings and candidate management to interview coordination
  • Active Sourcing: Assisting in the proactive search and sourcing of suitable profiles via business networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to attract talents
