Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage branch teams to achieve sales and operational targets

Ensure smooth distribution & dispatch operations

Oversee warehousing activities and stock handling

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and dispatch planning

Manage team and labor, including daily workforce planning

Implement company SOPs, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation

Coordinate with Head Office & Regional teams for reporting and planning

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
