Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee progress tracking.
  • Support HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
  • Help improve HR workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
  • Use AI tools and digital systems to make HR work faster, more organized, and more efficient.
