What You'll Do:
Smart-Hands Operations
Physical equipment installation, changes, and decommissioning: Install or remove servers, storage devices, network switches, and other hardware per documented instructions.
Rack and stack equipment: Position and mount devices in racks, ensuring secure connections and optimal airflow.
Cable management: Run, label, test, and organize network and power cabling.
Component replacement and upgrades: Swap faulty hardware (e.g., drives, power supplies, memory), upgrade components as directed.
Asset audits and inventory: Conduct physical inspections, tag and update hardware assets, and maintain up-to-date equipment records.
