About the Role We are looking for a Well Site Leader to join Imperial as a Wells Operations Supervisor to lead well servicing operations, focusing on safety, building positive relationships, and maintaining a strong teamwork environment. This is a full‑time role requiring relocation to Cold Lake.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise contractor crews in well servicing operations, including new well completions, well maintenance, and abandonment activities; ensure compliance with safety and company standards; coordinate with rig and service teams.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED minimum.
Technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Superior safety and leadership skills to lead effective contractor crews.
