Job Summary

Reporting directly to the BN Shelter Home Manager, the Wellness Worker supports daily operations of the shelter home by preparing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and providing transportation support as needed. This role contributes to creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff. The Wellness Worker ensures that food preparation, housekeeping, sanitation, and transportation activities meet organizational policies as well as health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, culturally sensitive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
