Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor for our Metabolic Treatment Centre. The candidate will be responsible for counseling patients, explaining treatment programs, converting inquiries into enrollments, and maintaining strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in MBA (Marketing/Healthcare) or Psychology with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Counsel patients regarding metabolic treatment programs.

· Understand patient health concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans.

· Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries into admissions.

· Explain treatment packages, pricing, and payment plans clearly.

· Follow up with leads and maintain conversion records.
