This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Wellbeing Services team at Lancaster University as a Wellbeing Mentor. We are recruiting for 3 posts. In this role, you will focus on supporting students with ADHD, Autism, and Asperger’s Syndrome to develop practical skills to support their transition into university life, during their studies, and preparing for future study or employment. You’ll meet students one-to-one, and lead group work, to provide practical strategies, emotional support, and tailored guidance that reduces barriers to learning and promotes independence.
