Your Role Will Include

• Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents' interests, hobbies and abilities.
• Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events.
• Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements.
• Building strong relationships with residents, staff and families to create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well‑being.
