Job responsibilities

Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a broad range of activities that engage and enhance residents' physical, cognitive and social well‑being.

  • Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to a positive and professional image of the home.
  • Report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing Coordinator, Home Manager and care staff.
  • Assist with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
  • Help establish links with the local community (schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to encourage wider community access and promote intergenerational activity.

Qualifications and skills
