Wellbeing Activities Coordinator (Alternate Weekends)

Care Concern Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through engaging, person-centred activities that promote wellbeing and social interaction. This role involves planning and delivering tailored activities, building strong relationships, and creating a stimulating environment for individuals, including those living with dementia.

The successful candidate will work alternate weekends and receive training and support. A creative, organized approach and genuine interest in supporting older people are essential.
