The Well Site Leader Completion & Well Intervention is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing the well operations program. They provide clear leadership in every aspect of HSE protection, ensuring safe working practices are used at the well site. They further ensure that well operations are conducted safely, in accordance with the approved well operations program, and in compliance with the applicable policies, standards, procedures and the regulatory requirements within allocated time/costs with optimal use of resources.
