Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Workforce Welfare Officer to ensure UAE labour law compliance and alignment with IFC/ILO standards on large EPC projects. You will support welfare engagement, audits, and reporting across subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in construction or heavy industries, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of UAE labour law and safety standards. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered in Abu Dhabi.
