Overview

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Welding Compliance & Operations Coordinator to join our client in Manawatū-Whanganui. This is a key role combining welding supervision, compliance, and operational coordination, supporting both workshop and project delivery. You’ll take the lead on welding supervision while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across logistics, production, procurement and QA. A key focus will be maintaining AS/NZS 5131 CC3 quality systems. With strong foundations already in place, we’re looking for an experienced RWC who can take ownership and drive standards through audit and beyond.
