Welding Supervisor

Monadelphous seek Welding Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on a Landmark LNG project with a generous salary package and nightshift allowances.

We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate Welding and Piping works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
