We are seeking a Welding Process Engineer in Batangas to lead process development, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement in production operations. The role focuses on GTAW/TIG welding, process documentation, and collaboration across Production, QA, and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings a mechanical/metallurgical background, 3+ years in welding/manufacturing engineering, and hands-on expertise with welding processes and quality methodologies.
