In this role you will support the development, qualification and execution of welding for structural railway components, applying MIG, TIG and FSW technologies. You will ensure compliance with EN 15085, ISO 3834 and other quality and safety standards, while advising on welding technologies for automotive and serial production. You will work across sites to optimize processes, investigate defects, and drive continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to advanced rail and automotive manufacturing and international collaboration.
