Implement and maintain a safe work environment by promoting a culture of accident prevention.
Design and validate manufacturing processes and production cells.
Calculate and control optimal capacities for production lines.
Create technical documentation, including work sheets and process specifications.
Monitor and improve existing manufacturing methods and welding technologies.
Conduct inspections and support in the qualification of welders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
