Job Title: Welding Operative

Location: Redditch

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour + 22% Shift Allowance (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role


We are currently recruiting for experienced Welding Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company. The successful candidates will have previous MIG production welding experience and be confident welding a variety of materials including Mild Steel, DF and Pre-Galvanised steel.

Key Responsibilities




  • Carrying out MIG production welding to a high standard.


  • Welding a range of materials, sizes and shapes.


  • Reading and working from engineering drawings where required.


  • Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
