We are seeking a skilled **MIG Welder** to join a growing manufacturing team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will fabricate and weld a variety of products including **playground equipment, site furnishings, outdoor fitness systems, and bicycle security racks** . **Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding using short-arc methods with **.035 and .045 wire**
+ **Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions**
+ **Fit and assemble components for welding and fabrication**
+ **Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications**
+ **Assist with general fabrication and shop duties as needed**
