**Structural Welder (Flux Core MIG)**

🕒 **1st Shift:** 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

💰 **Pay:** $28–$33/hour

We're looking for experienced **Structural Welders** to join our team and help build steel components used in bridge and infrastructure projects. If you have Flux Core MIG welding experience and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**

+ Perform **Flux Core (FCAW/MIG) welding** on structural steel
+ Read blueprints and weld symbols
+ Complete welds in various positions
+ Use shop tools such as grinders, saws, and drill presses
+ Move materials safely and maintain a clean work area
+ Work independently and as part of a team

**What We're Looking For**

✅ Structural welding experience (FCAW/MIG)

✅ Ability to read blueprints

✅ Experience with vertical welding (3G)
