Welder - Heavy Equipment

The Heavy Equipment Welder is a skilled trades position based primarily in our shops, responsible for welding, fabrication and structural repairs on heavy equipment and plant components. This role plays a key part in keeping equipment safe, operational and ready for production. In addition to welding, the position includes maintenance and general repair work on equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform welding, hard surfacing and fabrication on heavy equipment
• Operate manual and semi automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal and overhead)
