Welder

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding methods
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
• Operate welding equipment and hand/power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
